Returns:
- We accept returns for refund or exchange for (7) calendar days after delivery. After (7) calendar days (at our discretion), we will offer store credit or exchange only.
- All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us first for an RA Number.
- All items returned must be in a new/unused condition and in the original packaging.
- In the event the wrong item is purchased by consumer, said consumer is responsible for return shipping.
- Custom requests and custom images are not refundable. Store credit will be issued at our discretion.
Replacement:
- If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately for replacement or refund.
